Westfield Community Players will perform John Cariani's "Almost, Maine."The show performs at 8 p.m. on Jan. 10, 16, 17, 18, 23, and 24. Tickets are $20, or $10 for students and active military personnel. One half of the ticket sales from the Jan. 16 performance will go to helping out the Wounded Warrior Project, which honors and empowers injured veterans of the United States Armed Forces. On a moonless night in the middle of winter, all is not quite what it seems in the remote town of Almost, Maine. The residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend – almost -- in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.
